I used to be plagued with perfectionism and a failure complex, living up to an external definition of success and not my own.

I sought out validation from my peers and superiors, often finding myself drained and left empty due to the strenuous efforts.

When we seek internal validation instead of obtaining it from external sources or institutions that seek to monetize our voices rather than amplify them, we attract the people and opportunities that are in alignment with who we are, our vision for our lives and the impact we want to cultivate.

When we see and accept all of ourselves, we will be able to remain balanced and clear when met with external bias. Armed with the ability to harness our own power, we can utilize this strength to reshape perspectives, contributing to new narratives and long-lasting change.

Suddenly, our talents become endless as they expand and multiply, fueled by our passion and dedication to ourselves and the advancement of the marginalized people around us.

This is living as our Highest Self.
